Wello complies with French and European regulatory obligations on the protection of personal data, in particular the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) of April 27, 2016.

The Company and League's directors are joint data controllers under the regulations. They jointly determine the purposes and means of data processing.

Collection of personal data

The following personal data may be collected, based on the User's consent: surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, email address, short description to enrich his/her profile, profile photo.

Data generated by the use of the Site are also collected: all requests made by Users, exchanges between a Member and a Structure.

When the User provides personal data to the Site, he or she undertakes to provide accurate information that does not harm the interests or rights of third parties.

In accordance with the regulations, only adequate, relevant and limited information is collected for the provision of the services.

In order to respect your personal data as much as possible, the Site will not disclose your personal information to other companies for their use.

Use and purpose of the data

Personal data collected during an online request by an unidentified User is used for the following purposes:

• Respond to requests made by Users;
• To establish statistics relating to the use of the Site.

The personal data collected during the registration to the Site, and during the use of the Site, are used for the following purposes:

• Create a Member or Structure account;
• Respond to requests made by Members;
• Manage a Structure, manage services ;
• Send information or notifications by email to Members;
• To establish statistics relating to the use of the Site, and to improve the offers proposed by the Structures.

Length of retention of personal data

The duration of data processing is limited to the time during which you are registered on the Site, it being understood that you can unsubscribe at any time.

In accordance with the regulations, your personal data are deleted after a period of 3 years of inactivity on the Site, if the User has not closed his account.

Users' rights

In accordance with the regulations, each User has the rights of access, rectification, modification, limitation, portability and deletion on the personal data concerning him/her, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
